Processing, production, and delivery times may vary depending on the item, especially for made-to-measure pieces. Most items are made to measure, even if a standard size is selected.

The preparation period for made-to-measure items can take up to 10–18 working days. This timeframe may be shorter during low seasons or slightly longer during peak seasons. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing all tracking details so you can follow your shipment until it reaches you.
